Becoming HR is a full-service HR consulting firm. With a focus on empowering people through education, best practice and compliance, we can assist you with managing the start to end of the employment life cycle. It is your what, why and how of employment management. 

Being aligned with, and knowledgeable about the sub elements that underpin both compliance and people management in the workplace is critical for success. One example is the need to feel and be safe. It is now critical with the emergence of psychological safety as a factor as a potential legal potential threat. Just one area where “becoming” an aware and competent employer matters a great deal. 

Becoming HR can facilitate and support you to achieve your people goals. It can include contract management, recruitment, onboarding, the range of performance processes, employee training and development, navigation of employment challenges, and a full range of performance processes, problems or sometimes ending the employer/employee relationship.
